Story
For my birthday this year, I'm asking for donations to Hope House & Tŷ Gobaith. I've chosen this charity because their mission means a lot to me, and I hope that you'll consider contributing as a way of celebrating with me. Every little bit will help me reach my goal. I've included information about Hope House & Tŷ Gobaith below.
Hope House Children’s Hospices are here to make sure that no one faces the death of their child alone. We support more than 750 local families who are either caring for a terminally ill child, or whose child has died. Our ambition is to make sure we reach every child, mum, dad, brother and sister who needs our help.
